ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS ACCEPTED IN IUP 2023/2024

Rector of Universitas Gadjah Mada is pleased to announce the successful applicants accepted in the International Undergraduate Program (IUP) for the academic year 2023/2024 at the following faculties:
1. Faculty of Animal Science;
2. Faculty of Biology;
3. Faculty of Economics and Business;
4. Faculty of Geography;
5. Faculty of Law;
6. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences;
7. Faculty of Medicine, Public Health, and Nursing;
8. Faculty of Pharmacy;
9. Faculty of Psychology; and
10. Faculty of Social and Political Sciences.
Student candidate are required to proceed with the enrollment process as follow:
1. Fill in the online registration through
https://simaster.ugm.ac.id from 13-17 March 2023.
You are required to upload the following documents in PDF file (maximum 800kb for each file):
a. A certified copy of your senior high school diploma if you graduated in 2022 or 2021. If you are graduate of 2023 and have not received your diploma, you may submit a letter of statement signed by your high school’s principal stating that you are on your last grade of your high school;
b. Your signed compliance statement with the university’s rules and regulations;
c. A letter (enclosed with laboratory result) stating that you are not taking or abusing addictive drugs that include Benzodiazepine, Amphetamine, and THC Cannabis, issued by a hospital, health center, or registered clinic;
2. Check your registration status on
18 March 2023 to be able to proceed to the tuition fee payment;
3. Pay your tuition fee from
20-24 March 2023 (the payment method can be found in your registration account);
4. Print your proof of registration by
20 March 2023 through your online registration account.
Should you not complete the above enrollment process, the university cannot proceed your registration status as student of Universitas Gadjah Mada.

Advanced Study of Chemistry

k-4-workshop-sosialisai-software-cignaIf students wish to take advanced study, the Department of Chemistry UGM has offered Chemistry Master Program since 1981, as it was validated by The Decree of  Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI)  of The Department of Education and Culture of Republic Indonesia No. 153/DIKTI/Kep/2007, dated on September 21st, 2007. The Graduate School of Chem-UGM has five fields of concentration as follows; Analytical Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, and Environmental Chemistry. Each of the fields has an academic chair.

Students shall have finished their bachelor degree as the main requirement for entering the graduate program. For the student who graduated with GPA of 2.75 or above and has held their bachelor diploma no more than eight years is possible to be accepted to enroll directly in the graduate program without any additional requirements. If necessary, a student can be requested to undertake the deficiency program by taking some courses for the bachelor degree. Other detailed administrative requirements can be accessed at http://akademik.ugm.ac.id/2013/home.php?ma=depan&ms=depan Students may apply for scholarships from BPPS (Department of National Education) or from other national/private institutions for supporting their study at the Graduate School of Chem-UGM.
